BOULDER LOOK STONE COMPANY supplies natural landscape materials to Builders, Developers, Garden Centers, Homeowners, and Landscapers locally and nationwide. Our Retail Stone Yard located in Bristol, Virginia provides natural building and landscaping stones, mulches, topsoil, construction gravel, mason sand, etc. to area Contractors and Homeowners.
Our natural building stone products are harvested from the beautiful country hillsides of Southwest Virginia. Nature supplies our harvesting operation with quartzite sandstone that is noted for its hardness, its unusually smooth surface, and its wide range of natural coloring.
Mulches & Soils
We offer a choice of bagged mulch and chips as well as a selection of loacally sourced bulk mulches, topsoil and compost.
Decorative Stone & Aggregates
Our scoop of Aggregate Material yields approx. 3/4 of a yard — about 21cuft. A full scoop of most of these materials will weigh approx. 1 ton(2000lbs).
Coverage for products 1″ and less is approx. 100 sqft when spread 2″ deep. Larger products do not cover as much area due to their larger 3-D shape of heightvolume rather than width coverage.
